AT32F413 series microcontrollers, powered by 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4
core, utilize advanced process to achieve 200 MHz computing speed. The embedded single
precision floating-point unit (FPU) and digital signal processor (DSP), rich peripherals
and flexible clock control mechanism can meet a wide range of applications. It features
up to 256 KB Flash memory, 64 KB SRAM and Flash access zero wait far beyond the same
level of chip industry.
AT32F413 series is among the first products to introduce the Security Library, which
supports the use of passwords to protect the specified program area so that IDH can
program the core algorithm into this area and provides to downstream customers for
secondary development.
