AT32F413 series microcontrollers, powered by 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, utilize advanced process to achieve 200 MHz computing speed. The embedded single precision floating-point unit (FPU) and digital signal processor (DSP), rich peripherals and flexible clock control mechanism can meet a wide range of applications. It features up to 256 KB Flash memory, 64 KB SRAM and Flash access zero wait far beyond the same level of chip industry.

AT32F413 series is among the first products to introduce the Security Library, which supports the use of passwords to protect the specified program area so that IDH can program the core algorithm into this area and provides to downstream customers for secondary development.

AT32F413 devices can not only perform well in the temperature range of -40 to 105°C , and but also provide a variety of chips for selection in response to diverse memory requirements. Through its powerful on-chip resource allocation, high integration and cost-effective performance, they are able to maintain its competitive edge to become the best choice for industrial automation, motor control, IoT, consumer electronics and other cost-sensitive and high-computing requirements.

  1. ZW = zero wait-state, up to SYSCLK 200 MHz
    NZW = non-zero wait-state
  2. The internal Flash and SRAM sizes are configurable with user's option bytes. Take the AT32F413RCT7 as an example, on which the Flash/SRAM can be configured into three options below:
    - ZW: 96 KB, NZW: 160 KB, SRAM: 32 KB (factory-shipping default);
    - ZW: 64 KB, NZW: 192 KB, SRAM: 64 KB;
    - ZW: 112 KB, NZW: 144 KB, SRAM: 16 KB.
  3. For advanced-control timers, AT32F413RCT7 and AT32F413CCx7 support TMR1 and TMR8, others support only TMR1.
  4. Only I²S1 supports MCK pin.
  5. SDIO supports maximum 4-bit (D0~D3) mode.
  6. SPIM = External SPI Flash memory extension (for both program execution and data storage) with encryption capability.
