About AT32 MCUs

ARTERY has been focused on promoting the research and development of 32-bit ARM Cortex®-M4/M0+ MCUs covering low power line, value line, mainstream line, high performance series, automotive and wireless series. The entire AT32 Family is built upon advanced 55nm process and equipped with ARTERY-developed security library (sLib). All devices can operate in a wider operating temperatures from -40°to 105°C. In addition, ARTERY has steadily enhanced its product performance and service quality as it has aligned itself with international standards such as AEC-Q100 certification, ISO 9001 certification, Bluetooth SIG BQB certification and IEC 60730 home appliances safety standard class B.

Low power: Cortex®-M0+ core, lower power, more efficient, quicker wakeup capability, being a top choice for entry-level MCU.
Value line: Cortex®-M4 core at an attractive price similar to M0, delivering higher cost-effectiveness.
Mainstream line: Operating at a frequency of up to 240MHz, rich peripherals, bringing better user experience.
High performance: Operating at a frequency of up to 288MHz, faster response capability, extraordinary algorithms.
Automotive: AT32A403A (A denotes Automotive) certified with AEC-Q100 standard is designed to address a wide variety of applications with demanding safety requirements such as automotive body control, ADAS, car video system and BMS for new energy vehicles.
Wireless line: Bluetooth SIG BQB certification, excellent RF performance, rich peripherals, smaller-sized packages, lower cost.
Motor: Featuring several CMP and several operational OP (supports PGA mode), it provides an accurate and efficient motor control experience for home appliances, industrial equipment, inverters, and motor or power supply application scenarios.
